Every partner in our network is hand-selected for vehicle quality, chauffeur professionalism, billing reliability, and English communication. We don’t list them publicly because we don’t want to commoditize the relationship.

If a chauffeur in Paris is late, your call is to us — not a foreign call center at 3 AM. We escalate to the partner ops manager directly.
One invoice, one currency
No spreadsheets full of receipts in euros, yen, dirhams. Everything bills in USD on your monthly HLC invoice.

Our partners give us better rates than retail because of volume. Those rates pass through to you with a small coordination margin — usually still cheaper than booking direct.

Common questions
How is international service priced?▾
Quoted per trip — partner rates plus a small coordination margin. Usually 5-15% above what the partner would quote retail; in exchange you get our 24/7 dispatch, single billing, and accountability. Email reservations@hlcexecutive.com with your itinerary for a firm quote.
Can I book international through your booking flow?▾
Domestic and Houston bookings, yes. International requires custom coordination — email or call dispatch and we’ll set everything up and add it to your account / invoice.
What about countries you don't list?▾
We’ve coordinated trips to every continent except Antarctica. If we don’t have a vetted partner in your destination already, we’ll source one before confirming, or honestly tell you we can’t cover it.
Are vehicles the same standard worldwide?▾
We require partners to provide a black, late-model executive sedan or SUV minimum. Where the local market doesn’t support our exact fleet (Mercedes S-Class, Cadillac Escalade), the partner’s closest equivalent is used (BMW 7-series, Audi A8, Lexus LS, Mercedes V-Class). Approved before booking.
Do partner chauffeurs speak English?▾
Yes — minimum English proficiency is part of our vetting. For specific languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish, etc.) we can request preference, common in the relevant markets.
Net-30 corporate billing for international trips?▾
Yes — included on the same Square invoice as your domestic Houston bookings. Foreign currency converted to USD at booking-time exchange rate; no FX surprises.
